Anyone (customer, consumer associations, trade associations, authorities etc.) interested in good practices of certified Organization has the right to raise a complaint against certified company and addressed to certification body which issued certificate.

Complaint, even if is valid, shall be detailed and shall identify person who raises complaint. Complaints can not be anonymous. Anonymous complaints shall be sent to auditors for potential elaboration during surveillance audits.

Complaint has to be sent in writing to the following email address ufficioreclami@dasialia.com to the Governing Board. These complaints shall be reviewed by Governing Board and communicated to Commitee of Impartiality.

The person opening complaint will be informed in writing on resolution within 30 working days from receiving date.

Procedure to send complaints

Customer and/or interested parties can raise complaints or appeals to Das Certification.

Complaints can be sent during certification process or after service is provided.

Customer originating complaints shall be informed in writing, about development of complaint situation, within 30 work days form receiving date.

Procedure for management of appeals

Completed the approval process of certification, customer may appeal against each decision taken by Das Certification.

Appeal is reviewed by Governing Board responsible for communication to Commettee of Impartiality.

Appeals shall be in writing, including any document of support.

Appeal has to be solved within 30 days from the date of receiption.

Appeal process is independent from certification activity.
